After a double-blind peer review, qualifying Regular Papers may be accepted as either Full Papers or Short Papers.
All accepted papers/Conference proceedings will be published ONLINE in open acess in the following UGC approved journals (indexed in IET INSPEC, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, ProQuest etc.):
Post conference, as per authors option, extended versions of selected papers will be reviewed for possible publication in any of the following SCOPUS (Elsevier) or Clarivate Analytics (formerly THOMSON REUTERS) (ESCI) indexed journals with H index or impact factor :

Regular Papers will be assigned a 7-page limit in the Conference Proceedings.
The Conference Proceedings will be published
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the related topics are solicited. Full paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 7 pages as per instructions given below (Pages can be more than 7, by paying extra charges):
1. Length: The length of the submitted manuscript should fall between 3,500 to 6,000 words, 12pt, single-spaced text, left-justified.
2. Copy editing and proofreading: Manuscripts should be submitted grammatically and stylistically adequate.
3. Manuscripts should include a thorough literature review and adequate reference citations (manuscript should include approximately 25-30 references to assert a high level of rigor). All material that is paraphrased or quoted from another source is substantiated with an in-text reference citation. Manuscripts and references must strictly follow APA (American Psychological Association) style.
4.Submissions should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), abstract, and postal address(es) on the first page.

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted.
Presentation in Absentia :
The author(s) who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register for "Presentation in Absentia". If you are a single author and cannot attend the conference, you may choose to attend the conference in Absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia". You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by mail.
The Authors must be able to present their paper through SKYPE
